Place is closed. DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM
This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess.
When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket.

Hotel permanently closed. Hotels.com is difficult
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSED. After I paid and arrived, I tried cancelling with hotels.com and the only thing they wanted to do was find me another place AFTER I tried to get in touch with them for over an hour. As soon as I said "give me my money back right now" a pushy guy from India called me internationally to trying to book me another place. I guess he thought I should pay $.35 a minute to hear him tell me I cannot get my money back because their is no cancellation policy, DESPITE the fact that the place no longer exists (see photo). By this time I was already in a taxi headed somewhere else. Do not book this place. And I am starting to wonder if I will ever use hotels.com again because their customer service is horrible.

Hotel no longer exists. Hotels.com did not care.
I arrived late at night to find the hotel had been closedown down for over a month. Had to wander around the streets with my bags looking for somewhere else to stay. A little scary as a solo female traveler arriving late. Hotels Tonight customer service rep told me it wasn’t their problem.

Good place to sleep
Friendly staff, fairly good English, close to airport, old building, clean, comfortable bed, not much to do, front door always locked, no place to really smoke except out on street. Warm, but not hot shower. Comfortable bed, no AC, but there was a fan.

We arrived very late and were concerned we would not get in but we did, thankfully. We woke up the manager but she was not at all grumpy. The room was basic, right above the street. No nightlife but occasional loud cars zooming by. The room was not very clean, but it had a fan and a comfy king size bed but just a bare liightbulb overhead. Bathroom next door did not flush well. Kitchen downstairs and plenty of fruit for breakfast. So...a mixed experience overall.

The place was really rough! Their were not enough towels for us when we arrived. The toilet was not working and the property owner seemed upset when we told her about it. The hot water barely worked and the bed had hair on it. There is no AC. Upon arrival the guy tried to charge me 36 dollars but I had already paid through Expedia and Expedia charged me 40 dollars. The parking is down the street and independently had to pay them 5 dollars for every overnight parking. The pictures look much better than what this place really looks like. I would have paid more and staid elsewhere

Bare bones
No internet and registration was rather difficult. The woman who appears to run/manage the place was insistent that we did not pay even after showing the confirmation email and booking page from Hotels.com. Our flight was early so we didn't get to have the breakfast but they were setting up for it when we left...so that happens (but I wouldn't count in internet when you're there). It was def bare bones and appeared clean enough.
