This is an excellent hotel in a safe and quiet part of Levalliois Perret but within a walkable distance to the Metro. I stayed for 3 nights and the staff were kind and helpful. Also the lift was reliable.

Lovely stay and a nice room for the money in Paris. A little out of the action but close to a Metro — just bare in mind that you’ll want to be using it to get into the city for good eating and drinking options as those in the are were quiet, expensive and not overly friendly.

The staff was great. Especially the maids. They were amazing. Breakfast was also wonderful with very fresh and well prepared items. Room was a good size with plenty of electrical, it was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfy. The only down side was the lack of A/C. When we first entered the hotel it was 27 to 28c (79 to 80f) and the room was the same. We were told to turn off the unit, which we did, and the temp did get better but, when we book a hotel, we always look for A/C. We like to sleep with it very cool. I ended up sleeping with the covers off. If it were not for this I would have rated this hotel a 5.

On m’annonce l’indisponibilité de ma chambre et transfert vers un autre hôtel lorsque je suis arrivé. La moindre des politesses aurait été de me prévenir pour que je puisse aller directement à l’autre hôtel avec mon taxi et mes 2 grosses valises! Les 2 hôtels étant distants de 10mn à pieds ce n’est pas très simple de faire rouler 2 grosses valises chargées sur les trottoirs pas toujours très roulants! Vous n’avez même pas essayé de m’avertir et ça c’est carton rouge ! En plus le responsable de l’accueil me propose de me faire accompagner d’une jeune femme plus légère que ma valise pour m’aider à porter mes bagages, désolé mais je peux peux pas l’accepter, c’était à vous Monsieur de venir. Accueil 0 pour vous monsieur mais pas pour la jeune femme qui avait tout de même essayé de trouver une autre chambre mais qui a été stoppée par ce monsieur qui visiblement n’avait rien d’autre à dire que « désolé »
