Spacious rooms just need some updates also beds weren't so comfortable felt the springs on the mattress. Over all not bad for the price just wish they didn't charge resort fees I couldn't even get a cup of coffee had to drive to McDonald's to get some.

Good location
The receptionist Wanda was excellent and she got a ground floor room for me which was well equipped. The hotel itself is in a great location for The Fun Spot and Old Town as it is only a short walk. The hotel is in dire need of renovation but if all you need is a room and a shower it is fine.

Wow! SeraLago has definitely stepped up their rooms. We stayed in the new suites and had plenty of room for 3 adults. Separated bedroom, living room and kitchen area. I would suggest coffee maker and a comfy chair but everything else was great for the price.

Check-in took a long time, one clerk left during check-in. Finally we got a room but the door wouldn't open with the card. The guard also came to wonder and tore open the door. I asked for another room, but they started to fix the lock, but they couldn't fix it. Finally, after two hours of waiting, they gave me another room. There, the toilet door hinges were broken and the door was so rotten from the bottom that it wouldn't close. Most of the sockets had no power and were in poor condition, the shower faucet dripped all the time. We didn't break anything and it wasn't claimed, but we had to wait a week for the return of the 100 dollar security deposit and that too only came after we contacted hotels.com. I can't recommend the place at all.

The lady in the office that checked us in was nothing but AMAZING.. She was sweet and very polite. The only down fall from our trip was the pool closed at 8pm and the hot tub said it was open til midnight but it was closed when we went there at 8:30.

It is not a clean place. I think they should close it because the deteriorated conditions it is in can cause diseases. Everything was dirty, there was no maintenance service. It had a bad smell and there was no paper in the bathroom. After checking in we saw the room and cancelled the reservation.
