We were looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep after spending each day out on the town with family in Brooklyn. This place was great, even accommodating several requests from us (early check in, extra pillows). It's basic, not fancy, but we felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. Hotel was decent enough. Relatively clean and very simplistic. No room service, which is fine if you aren't a sloppy person and keep the room tidy and your things organized. Staff was friendly enough - not outgoing, but not rude or anything. A very simple, basic hotel which is reflected in the price. I'd stay again. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel sucks though. Be aware of that.
