BETTER THAN FAIRMONT
We used to stay at the Fairmont, but decided to change it this year and we had an amazing experience. Everybody was amazing. The hotel is beautiful way better than the Fairmont and it smelt amazing.

Easy check in and put, $30 a day resort fee but they give you $30 dollars a day for food and drinks credit. Free water and bike rentals for 2hrs. Great stay at historic hotel

This property is beautiful and has so much history. It’s been a part of San Francisco for over 100 years. It was such a wonderful stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was always right there to help and if there was a problem they fixed it immediately.

Quick trip to the city
The staff was very friendly. They made the best of the situation ~ an EXTREMELY LOUD group of striking hotel workers. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable.

there was an employee strike during the time we stayed, but the front desk employee was kind enough to get us a room in a high floor on the backside of the building away from all the loud sound. Other than that - the staff & hotel overall were great! Amazing views, centrally located & tons to do around. Would gladly stay again
