We needed a hotel to spend the night before the ferry trip across to Corsica, and this one fit the bill perfectly. It is walking distance from both the ferry terminal and the coach station (we arrived from Olbia), is reasonably priced and offers good breakfast.
We were greeted warmly by one of the staff, who also helped us with the luggage (no lift!) We don't speak Italian but we somehow had no trouble understanding and being understood - there was this feeling of homeliness. The room was basic but fully functional, with everything you need for a night. They have a cafe/restaurant as well but we did not try it, opting instead for dinner in an upmarket Da Thomas (which was amazing but that's another story!). Breakfast was quite copious, with hot and cold options, juices, yoghurts and all the lot. The decor of the hotel is a bit quirky but very original and artistic.
We very happy with our stay!
