The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was at the far end of the building which was a pleasant but short trip as it reminded me of walking down an aisle on a ship wth the corridor very uneven which felt like i was at sea, lol. The room was clean, tidy and had the facilities you would expect, tv,hair dryer, tea coffee facility. The only thing that you have to be aware of is it is an old building and when people showered in the room next-door because of water verbiration it sounded like I had a personal trumpeter in my room which at the early time startled us but was taken with a pinch of salt and made my wife laugh. I would stay again as it is well placed next to the town which is idea for the short walk to the shops abd local amenities

This was the second time we have stayed here. It's clean and convenient, and good value for the price. The staff are very helpful as well.

Characterful old building, with a regular clientele in the pub. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Being an old building, its not particularly environmentally-friendly, however. Not much by way of modernisation, with single-glazed sash windows (plus secondary glazing in our room) and no apparent recycling facilities. Room numbering was interesting; we stayed in room 6, on the top floor, above room 25! The room was basic but comfortable. Easy to find and access within an easy walk of the town and local amenities. The town centre location obviously results in a degree of noise overnight, but only to be expected and didnt prove to be a major problem.

Staff at the hotel were amazing, from the friendly greeting to the excellent service at breakfast. Everyone couldn’t do enough. Only downfalls we’re there was only one towel in a family room booked for three. Room is a little dated and only surface cleaned. Fixtures and fittings are caked in dust. But bed was comfortable and shower was lovely and strong and water was hot. Breakfast was good as well. Good selection and food was fresh and good quality.

This hotel was excellent value for money, central location and free parking. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and there’s everything you need. The car park area was full of full bin bags which let it down slightly. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great. Would recommend if you need a overnight stay in Andover.

I travel on business most weeks and normally had been staying in Premier Inn‘s and Travelodge. During and after Covid I decided to use smaller and independent hotels and B&Bs for my size to try and help the industry. Looking at the photos White Hart Hotel Seemed a well priced and well situated option. On arrival I checked in no problem and got my key’s, I headed to the room up a maze of stairs and found my room on the top floor, opening the door I found a very tired and dated room that look nothing like the photos the room was dark and not very clean the windows secondary glazing with mould growing on the frame and glass the carpets were stained and the bed didn’t fit against the wall as there is a recess so during the night pillows kept falling down the gap in the bathroom the toilet was cracked the seat is loose and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Thinking It’s only for two nights I settled in and decided to have a bath having run the bath you had to keep the tap running because the push down plug leaked and the water ran out as fast as you could put it in. So down to the restaurant for a meal not great but ok, back to the room where you could hear loud music playing until midnight and then woken up at 6 am buy the beer being delivered and the barrels dropped onto the street outside overall I was very disappointed and will not be staying at the White Hart in future however I will still try to give the independent Hotels my trade.

We visited for one night to use as a base to visit the Bombay Sapphire distillery. We were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Very comfortable bed. We ate in the bar and enjoyed the speedy, friendly service. Good quality, well cooked food at a reasonable price. Breakfast was more than adequate and, as we were in a hurry, the staff obliged to make sure we got our order promptly. Being in the centre of town it is easy for taxis to find you but inevitably there was a bit of street noise. Overall, very good value for money.
