      The room had pore acoustics and we could here our the people in the room next to us. Parking was terrible. We were hoping for Valet Parking which wasn't explicit that this wasn't available. We had park 4 miles away.

      Great spot.

      Everything went well, except the elevators were having a little trouble. It took a long time for the buttons to register your floor. Also i was told several times that tge parking could be charged to your room, but it was actually pay as you leave. Still a great little spot and i will be back.

      Mediocre Conveniences for the Price

      We have stayed here before but just prior to the covid outbreak. We really liked this place then, but as of today it is just another hotel without any extras. We booked two nights as the last time to go to two Giants games. They previously had valet parking, and a restaurant/lounge area open for customer use. The only plus at the moment is they are conveniently located right across from Oracle Park home of the SF Giants.

      Great place to stay at if you’re a Giants fan!

      My stay at Hyatt was excellent my check in was prompt and receptionist was very help on details and directions where my other nearest parking lot was near hotel . I love that the elevator could only be used by card key holder …. Only thing that I could not go up to lounge to see the view from roof top I was really looking forward to that sight … other than that my stay in my room was comfortable and that we went to see the Giants and Dodgers play that night just to walk to oracle park was a good feeling and that the Giants WON!

      Nice location. Good staff.

      Clean hotel steps away from Oracle Park. Friendly staff. Most hotels have returned to pre-pandemic services such as restaurants, bars and housekeeping but this one has not. I hope they do soon.

      Overall a great stay, the staff and hotel were wonderful. Only thing that wasn't great was parking. The hotel's on-site parking situation is far less than ideal; the garage only has about 10 spaces in a small, cramped area under the hotel, so it is first come, first served which is fine, but it's quite inconvenient to get to. You have to check in at front desk (to ensure there is any availability in the garage) then circle back around the block as the front doors/ loading zone are past the entrance to the garage. The parking itself is also quite expensive - $65 + tax which came out to around $80. My friend ended up parking just around the corner in the Townsend street garage, which had ample parking, was easy to access, and only ended up costing $40 for the overnight parking. Overall the hotel room, staff and stay were great, and it was very close to Oracle Park where we were attending an event, and had plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance.
