The whole place needs a little TLC
We were initially excited when we arrived at the hotel, but it was very quickly clear that everything was a little tired around the edges. The room had multiple scuffs on the walls, the fridge didn’t work and had to be reported to reception, then the attached hairdryer also didn’t work. Only one milk packet was left in the room in the hot fridge. The fridge was supposedly sorted, but the light in the fridge was red hot to the touch meaning it was still unusable. All of these little shortcomings meant a less than relaxing stay as we had to visit reception multiple times.

Not a safe area, we stayed 5 nights and watched 4 different people get mugged outside the hotel . If you are a female this area is not safe to walk alone. Very small swimming pool more like a big bath.. very Dark hotel very basic rooms and the bar area is dirty. The hotel staff very very nice though but Overall we would not stay at this hotel again..

I liked this hotel because the staff is so nice. The only issue was that the cleaning staff forgot to refill the shower gel container one day and we ran out of it. Also, I think the area of the lobby where the armchairs are at for guests to sit down could be redesigned to look a little better.

The hotel was very beautiful. We had a room with private balcony. Interior Spiral staircase and elegant bath room in the lobby was a nice touch. The pool top bar and restaurant was an added feature. I think breakfast should have been included based on the room rates. Quite pricey if you were to purchase it separately. The neighboring area to the left of the entrance was not so desirable. I wish I had known that prior to booking.

Literalmente quedarse allí es estar en la casa del terror. Fotos muy bonitas pero físicamente no se parece , es como quedarse en la casa de terror . A las 12 de la noche el hotel cierra con llaves sus puertas por seguridad pues los alrededores está lleno de borrachos , si te descuidas bajando las maletas del taxi te las roban . Les dije que me quería ir y no me devolvieron el dinero , como quiera me fui y reservé en otro lugar . CUIDADO SI RESERVAN EN ESTE LUGAR , SON ESTAFADORES, NO TENDRÁS NINGÚN TIPO DE SEGURIDAD
