Surprising place near Ricaurte
First impression was surprising. the dimensions and details are ok. however, its a bit away from the main road, and access road in bad shape. not a fault of the hotel I assume. unfortunately, small things like a last days, the running water in the mornings were unavailable. needs to chase early in the morning someone to help. breakfast buffet starts until 8am. very late. few offers for dinner or lunch, and small crew to attend the wide and huge area. no doubt, with a bit care, including new locks in the rooms, paint in different areas and better services in bar and restaurant, the place are very nice for a short getaway.

Sin duda tiene una gran infraestructura para un hotel temático, la piscina estuvo impecable, sin embrago hoy en día esa infraestructura requiere algo de reinversión o mantenimiento, eso da un aspecto de viejo o abandonado al hotel. Algo por mejorar es la acomodación para infantes, apesar que mi reservación estaba específicada para dos adultos y un bebé de 1 año, lamentablemente el hotel no tenía cunas o sillas para bebé en el comedor, eso realmente no lo esperábamos. El baño de la habitación no contaba con lugar para el jabón o el shampoo:(

El hotel es bonito y limpio pero tiene la peor logística. La cena de año nuevo fue terrible, sirvieron una hor ay media después, una fila de media hora. Nadie atendía ni decía nada. El desayuno también un desastre la logística. No parecían preparados para la cantidad de gente que recibieron.

Creo que al hotel se le ven el paso implacable de la pandemia, ya que la mitad de sus instalaciones están cerradas, las esculturas y figuras un poco deterioradas, pero aún así son muy interesantes. Mi calificación es aceptable en terminos generales porque se percibe una administración un poco desordenada y porque tuvimos una experiencia fatal en la segunda noche donde hubo un daño eléctrico en la zona y la planta del hotel no dio abasto para todas las habitaciones, entonces nos tocó dormir sin aire acondicionado y sin agua y un calor asfixiante y para nuestra hija de 3 años fue complicado conciliar el sueño. Debido a que la habitación de nosotros se encontraba en la terraza del hotel, y allí suele concentrarse mucho mas el calor, sé que es una situación externa al hotel pero no contar con una planta suficiente para todas las habitaciones y exponer a los huespedes a estas situaciones deja mucho que desear. En cuanto a la comida, buena, pero pocas opciones, pocas opciones de jugos y de bebidas, no cuentan con bar, ni un lugar de bebidas como malteadas cocktails y demás, el desayuno es el mismo todos los días, al menos los dos días que desayunamos allí. En conclusión, tengo un sin sabor porque siento que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero ojalá puedan inyectarle capital para que la estancia pueda ser mucho mas placentera, de igual forma agradezco a su personal porque siempre intentaron hacerlo de la mejor manera.

Todo el personal es muy amable, el estado del hotel está un poco descuidado, pero se debe a las reformas que están realizando, estuvimos para velitas y aunque no tenían planeado nada los empleados organizaron un pequeño evento en el que las familias nos divertimos, pedimos deseos y comimos natilla. El hotel promete una mentira.
Un lugar demasiado sucio, lleno de moscas y cucarachas, las habitaciones muy dañadas y llenas de humedad, la puerta del baño estaba rota! Los cuartos del primer piso tenían un jacuzzi afuera, abandonado, lleno de bichos y la piscina de los bebés llena de basura. Los muebles de la recepción sucios llenos de moscas y al entrar al hotel hay unos perros callejeros llenos de sarna y hongos, que ensucian hasta el comedor y el portero del horario de la noche los maltrataba!!! En la segunda noche se nos entró a la habitación una cucaracha de unos 6 cm y el personal de recepción al solicitar ayuda nos dice que no pueden hacer nada que nosotros mismos la limpiemos!!
