Place was very clean room was comfy and quiet but to give guests tickets for a breakfast Buffett that consists of almost nothing is a joke I walked into breakfast and walked right out. Juice machine broke couple pieces of toast out watery bin of eggs and burnt sausage. No thank u. Also check out was 11am I believe at 9:30am exactly I have do not disturb sign on door. House keeper guy doesn’t even knock or pay attention opens up my door and walks right in. Like how ignorant dude should be fired on the spot.

Best Western should be Least Western
Room is ok and clean. Bed sheets and towels are very old and tears are showing. No coffee maker in the room. No hairdryer. The free breakfast is minimal but they dont provide coffee cup lids. No butter or cream cheese. Staffs are not friendly. The word Plus should mean it’s better but a $100 losge in Moab is way better than this hotel. Best Western as a whole is losing to La Quinta and Home2 Suites.

Loud, Loud, and Loud
This hotel has zero sound proofing. In our room we could hear people talking in normal voices at the pool and walking in the room above us. Worse yet, you could hear every door close on the floor. Woke me up all night. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep. Beds were ok but sheets were cheap and felt like sand paper. Room was clean and water pressure good. Had mini fridge and microwave but no table to eat in room. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Front desk check in was fast and friendly. Morning staff not so much. Remodel looks nice but is all surface. Won’t be staying here again.
