Don’t stay here

Terribly unsanitary and unfit!
There was no toilet seat on the toilet at all and no water in the tabk to flush the toilet. The wall on the hidden side if the bed was broken abd plastered raggedly. I dudb't attempt to use the restroom until this morning's awakening and was shocked to have a toilet that wouldn't flush and no seat in it! Please refund my payment and deposit. I called and the clerk hung the phone up on me. I will attempr to reach a member of management tomorrow.

Do not come here I warned you guys stay away!!! nothing works the elevators broken. There’s no ice machine. The first room they gave me the shower doesn’t work and they moved into a room with no no refrigerator or microwave and kept the that information from me until I am settled and refused to allow me back into my old room to grab my left behind food in the refrigerator

Did not stay as I was charged the online total for the room BEFORE the deposit was decided that I could not pay. I told the front desk the there wasn’t an online notice about the $40 deposit. I told him multiple times. Then he gave me a card to go inspect the room. While I was doing so I was charged the room total and then was told I couldn’t stay because the deposit wasn’t paid. I was already charged the room. So the wisest decision wouldn’t have been to dismiss me but allow me to stay as their sign also states “all rooms must be paid in full by 12pm (following day)”. Then I was told I wouldn’t get a refund until 3-5 business days. So that put out a place to sleep + still had to make arrangements and had cut into the food and gas budget for the day. Then when I asked for a receipt he said “you’ll see the charge the room on your debit card app”. That’s true but also doesn’t show that he canceled and issued a refund so they could easily put their guests out of money and not bat an eye. Why would you charged the room before the deposit? Even after I mentioned very clearly “I can’t stay here then because I can’t cover the deposit”. It’s very sketchy and very very fishy. I will be in constant contact.

This hotel looks like a run down sex trafficking, drug dealing and junkies. My room door had no working lock. I had to push a dresser against the door for safety.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. I had no choice but to stay there. Make sure you dont leave until you get your cash deposit back at checkout. The fiy at the desk had checked a guy out but had to confirm if the room was clean before you get it back.
The girl he sends up takes forever to check it. Then the guest agent oretends to take a call and leaves the desk for a good 30 min.
