We extended our stay by one night and upgraded to a pool room, the room smelt of damp, but we overlooked this, the room seemed ok, however after a late dinner we returned to bed, we had the worst sleep ever the bed was wet, the shower was cold and tiled floor was wet, the manager & a member of staff came to our room and accepted our claims, blaming it on the new A/C unit and that was it, he left the room and said he’d get back, but didn’t, on check out he sent his under manager to speak to us, we got no apology of him, would not refund but still accepted when cornered that it was unacceptable and his all his fault, obviously we won’t return and would like to warn others this hotel had got a massive damp issue, another couple we got talking to had already moved rooms 3 times because of this issue.
