The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself was not the same standard as the pictures (and I do not believe it is hotels.com standard). The hotel was very worn with rust all over in the roof top pool area, a hole with water dripping inside the hotel, the shower in the room not working properly, and also it was very moist/humid in the room (after having showered in the bathroom with the ventilation on, the entire hotel room’s floors were wet from the moist/humidity, even several hours after).

Really loved staying here, and will probably come again. Staff are beyond friendly, and actually make an effort. I was there for only 1 week and about half way through I was being greeted by name when I went to breakfast and the bar, which is unexpected and really quite pleasant. The rooms are clean and pleasant, breakfast is lovely as their restaurant is on the roof, so you get quite a lovely view. They have an inhouse masseuse and spa too. I really liked the location. They're just off the main strip there so it's only as short walk for you to go visit any cafe or restaurant. There's also a night club like 2 minutes walk if that's your scene. My only complaint is the water in the shower wasn't great. Perfect pressure but I could rarely get it hot. Overall, very happy, likely to come again. Every time I look at other places in Seminyak for my upcoming trip, I keep being draw back.
