Customer service can ruin a hotel
The hotel is being closed soon for refurb - it does need it.
Reception team are awful, barely speak English and if it’s less than 90% english speaking guests I’d be suprised. Got ripped off on leaving - having been told I had resort credit, and this was a credit to my bill, on check out they refused and then reception blamed another team. They don’t get that they are the hotel and I am the customer…... Frankly it was caused by a communication issue, but really sad in how it was managed.
I would never go to another of their hotels now after the way we were spoken too…..
Pool team great / service by pool great
Food was very average… but it’s all inclusive so not a major surprise. Asian restaurant was only place with good service and good food.
