Comfortable, relaxing stay
Fabulous stay, the hotel was beautiful and atmosphere very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and we were able to book a massage workshop in the spa whilst we were there, the workshop was excellent and included a massage as well. There is a discount for the spa if youre staying at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, there was also a cook to order menu. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint was that there were hairs left in the bathroom from the previous occupants.

Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Five star hotel at a three star price!
This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They pay attention to every detail. We were warmly greeted and even got drinks and snacks upon arrival. It was hot outside but they had already turned out a/c on in our room so it felt great to relax. The room was clean and spacious and perfect for our short stay. Our flight was delayed and they even made us a takeaway breakfast with sandwiches and fruit at 3am! Highly recommended this wonderful gem if you ever find yourself in Hanoi old quarter.

This was one of our best hotel stays in Vietnam. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great.
