Our room was perfect, well equipped and spacious. The bed was very comfy, the shower was incredible and it was all very clean. It was really quiet too so we slept well. It was perfectly situated to get around Nerlin eadily. We'd definitely return.

Property itself was nice. Easy access to public transportation. Area around property was suspect. Just a little dirty and unkept. Rooms are nice, not great. They charge you for breakfast everyday which is the same thing everyday, do yourself a favor and go out to eat breakfast if you want some. Staff is friendly. Hotel does have a sauna and small fitness room.

Second time staying as we love the rooms and location. This time however there was a 1.30am fire alarm. This cannot be helped by the staff but the disappointing part was the lack of communication from the staff at this point. Then on returning to the room there was some kind of very noisy vent, on speaking to reception about this, the gentleman was very unhelpful with just a shrug saying there was nothing he could do: no fix, no room change, no earplugs, no amended check out. The lack of any sort of sympathy or help was a very disappointing end to and otherwise lovely stay.

Nice hotel, located near checkpoint charlie and plwnty scooter parking spots a few minutes walk to help you get around the city. Rooms do.not have air con, only fans, so can get a bit hot. Balconies are a nice touch.

Comfortable, very clean, well appointed, easy to access main areas with buses and u-bahn. Excellent shops in area to buy food. Would have preferred to not stay on ground floor as solo female traveller as could not leave door open for ventilation or have curtains open as no privacy. There is no AC so room was hot due to me not being able to open door safely. I would stay again but ask for top floors.

On arriving to the hotel it looked like you were in a third world country with the park outside the hotel dirty, broken bottles, rubbish thrown around and the weeds and uncut grass surely management would arrange to get the place cleaned up but once inside the hotel all was ok and the young girls on reception were excellent but not Amanda who was short and rude, would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others….

The property does not have air conditioning. In 30 degree heat they give a weak air fan and tell you that they are done. The place itself is dirty,old and disgusting. The bed mattress was harder than the floor. The shower leaks and since you have to sleep with open window, mosquitoes and flys bother you all night. Location was great - Checkpoint Charlie and U-Bahn a couple blocks away. Lidl was next street over. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was a nice size overall. Kitchen had everything we needed although need to keep in mind the fridge is a mini size which can be a little tight. I noticed coin-operated clothes washers in the basement if needed. Like others have mentioned, the one elevator can be slow and the walls are a little scuffed up so upon arrival I had some doubts, but once we got to our room we were really happy we had booked here. I would stay here again.
