Will not be returning
The hotel itself is very beautiful with Japanese aesthetic. However there were so many things I didn’t like about the hotel. First off, the hotel doesn’t allow you to bring food or drink from outside back to your room. They never state why so I’m assuming they just want you to eat their food. But the cooking for the room service was very mid. They claim to have a 24/7 mart but it only has vending machine with mainly water. You’re not allow to order grab since the delivery in on a bike and they don’t allow them on their property.
Secondly, they have a price list in the binder that lets guest know how much they will be charged if something goes missing. So it’s your job when you enter the room to see that you have everything that you’re suppose to before they assumed you took it. Speaking in that, when you check out, they scan the room so that you don’t leave anything behind. But it made med felt like they checking to make sure you didn’t take anything.
As for the water park, they make it very inconvenient to get towels. Either you have to walk rlly far to get it or go into their little shop. The water is heated. But not the air so it could be very cold when stepping out of the water.
Lastly we checked in as a family with 3 separate rooms but they placed us all on different floors and we couldn’t get access to each other and had to keep meeting in the lobby to give each other things that we needed.
In the end. This hotel look and claim five stars, but I would say not.
