Would not stay there again
Our choices were limited. So we made it work, but we were very disappointed in our overall experience.

Hotel has good communication by sending emails to make us aware of the hours of shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Restaurant owner by the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. He even came out to catch us when we left our sunglasses behind.

Meh. Below par.
This place is okay for a last minute pinch but I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term stay of more than 2 days. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
Check in later at night was clunky with the check in portal being run by an Indian call center.
The property is in pretty bad disrepair and could use some updates but at least the rooms were relatively clean.
Wish I'd have reserved something down in Williams for this last minute trip.
As an upside at least there's a nice collection of classic cars across the way.

A short distance from the canyon
Check in was a bit messy because they couldn't figure out my booking but other than that the room was ok, the location was great!

Big room great price
Nice big room. Very cost effective for the amount of space. Recaptured water smells like chlorine and the restaurant was expensive $19 for a cheeseburger and fries.

Economy Hotel
You get what you pay for. It’s an economy hotel, but that doesn’t mean it should be dirty or have issues in the room. For example, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the sheets don’t fit the bed properly, and the bathtub doesn’t work well.

The inn is quite secluded, although on roadside. There’s a restaurant in the inn, and a gas station in the premises. The front desk has been outsourced, so you check in digitally. The room was decent. The restroom was not well maintained, shower was malfunctioning. If you’re looking for a cheap, affordable place to crash for the night, it’s decent. It’s half hour away from Grand Canyon south rim so if you’re planning to visit that, it’s a decent place to stop overnight.
