Hotel Manager great help. Arigato!
The room is clean, standard business type. The only thing is the bed and pillow are hard; and, on the second day the tub is clogged. Location is close to Akasaka Station, and not far from shopping areas. I have to compliment the morning hotel manager that he tried hard to call a taxi for me, even though there was none available during the morning rush.

Very decent and cozy hotel with courteous, friendly and accommodating staff. Cleaning was superb and the hotel was situated in a quiet crescent with 2-min walk for shopping and eating. A 1-min from Akasaka metro👍👍👍

Nice hotel. Good value. OK location.
Nice hotel. Small room (typical for Japan). Location was OK, but not great - it is on the western edge of what could be considered Tanjin, so to get to the main market and restaurant area is either a long walk or a short bus ride. Close to subway stop. The hotel is right on one of the main streets through Fukuoka. Breakfast is a voucher for an adjoining restaurant and was a minimal buffet. The staff did fine with "normal" procedures in English, but when I tried to ask more detailed questions, they could not understand me. Comfortable and clean rooms. WiFi was very slow in the evening.

Expensive (but available) motorcycle parking
They charged us ¥1,500 per motorcycle for parking even though we got all 3 bikes in 1 space, but at least they allowed us to park there. Rooms were in very good condition. Breakfast is at the pronto downstairs. Watch out for drunk salarymen in the Tenjin area. Yatai food Stalls are a tourist trap.

The twins bedroom that we got to stayed is completely looking different from the photos on Expedia... Terrible small, no dressing table (when the photos are showing they have). Staffs could not understand much English while we talked over the phone... But location wise is pretty good.
