Close to sightseeing spots
The tv controller was not working at all ,there was some stuff and and mould in the bathrooms but the balcony had a good view of the city . At night it was a bit too noisy with the cars.

Great downtown location for catching a ball game. Close enough to walk and lots of close by places for food and drink. Parking is safe and underground. Once you find your spot, everything is walking distance. Elevators were a pain and only because one was inoperable. This caused long waits. But awesome overall.

Had a excellent stay. The only downside was the delay in being able to check in after a long flight we were tired and hadn't received check in instructions. Eventually got sorted but could have been communicated better.

This was a very nice place to stay. Just a few little things changed and this property could easily be five stars. Check in was easy and very clearly communicated via email. Sam was super responsive to communicate with and accommodated my very late check in due to multiple flight delays. The apt is very nice and fairly well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen / living room area is nice. The neighbourhood is good with a decent number of cafe's, restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance. A tiny bit gritty, but only for those folks who are very sensitive or who don't live in decent sized cities. For families with kids, there is a park and playground across the street. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars? The carpets in both bedrooms could use a refresh, or better yet, change it to the nice laminate that is in the rest of the place. The sofa is a sofa bed and has an odd semi-reclined back that makes it uncomfortable to use. I would love to have operating instructions for the oven available. I always love a house binder in a rental condo - a few restaurant / delivery / neighbourhood recommendations, appliance instructions etc in one place is such a great resource. A couple hooks on the 2nd bathroom door would help, the single towel bar is not big enough for the bath towel. The Keurig coffee maker leaked every time I used it. So nothing big, but not quite five stars. A solid 4 star place though and I would likely stay again.

Great location in between waterfront and old downtown. Great restaurants, must try Nome and Sobeys next door. Close to everything. Condo 556 has view on the park. It is very quiet. No issues with elevators run smoothly. Free parking is amazing. Could use new carpets in the bedrooms and shades in the living room. Other than that I recommend.

Wound up staying in another property (65 Bremner) but I think it really worked out for the best. Such a convenient location right next to Scotia Bank Arena, a few blocks from Rogers Centre and CN tower and right across the street from Union Station. There is a grocery store around the corner and no shortage of places to eat the in area. The location is very lively and busy but the unit is quiet for a restful nights sleep. Management was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next visit to Toronto!

10/10 Exceptional

The place I was assigned to was at 12 York St, which was even better than the listed address. Perfect location, very convenient and safe. The apartment has two bed, two bath, very spacious with everything you need for three people to stay for a few days. Checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy. The host was friendly and helpful.
