Comfy but mind the rude receptionist
The say was comfortable and in a good area and the food in the restaurant for dinner was good... the things that let it down and needs to be sorted is that the breakfast wasn't the best continental breakfast in the world there wasnt much choice and a little disappointing...also when we arrived the guy at the front desk was slouching on the chair and greeted us with " you alright " while he was eating a peace of large fruit, then with no real sense of a smile of happiness and as we was talking to him so it was rude that he interrupted and said fill this out then sign it, so as we was feeling the form out on a sticky ipad from his fruit covered fingers he continued to eat his fruit.... i think this is so rude and unprofessional and if any of my staff treated a customer like that they would be in trouble, then after a day and night i asked my partner if she had a good night and morning which she told me that it was comfy but there was no robe no slippers and no on that night i asked the same fruit eating man that nothing was there and could he take them up to her at the room and with attitudehe said "yeah in a minute " as he was talking to a memberof staff from the restaurant that just served us our dinner...,so she got everything except the hairdryer, and to me paying over £550 Pounds for 3 night i expect a little more professionalism from the staff and from a big company like fullers.

Very comfortable room.
Was a lovely room, big for London with everything we needed and more. Coffee machine and great chocolates with fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was slow and a bit chaotic. Service over dinner was very average but the food was .
