The hotel is in the central zone of the city. It is less than 10 minutes walking to the major tourist sites and subway system in the central. There are many restaurants and department stores, The staff are very friendly and the hotel room is clean and comfortable.

The property was close to a lot of things and areas. Transportation was easy and accessible-train bus taxi The room and bathroom space were clean and bright. The hallways had sensor lights that would just go dark and sometimes when you get to your room the light would go out and it’s completely dark and not pleasant. They need to fix the 1st floor hallway lights. Additionally, the staff was always available and very pleasant. Bed was comfortable and ladies did an excellent job of cleaning everyday and ensured clean towels and toiletries. Overall good value for your money.

Desafortunadamente el aire acondicionado no era suficiente para enfriar los cuartos, reservé 3 porque todo es de cristal y el Sol calienta demasiado el Cuarto, no todos tienen una silla solo camas, algunas cadenas de los cuarto estaban quebradas y no me la arreglaron y su restaurant no estaba abierto todo el tiempo. Pero el Área es en el Centro de la. Ciudad caminando puedes llegar a la catedral y hay muchos negocios alrededor, quizás un poco más de entretenimiento a sus empleados ayudaría más para que ellos puedan proveer mejor servicio al cliente. El precio muy accesible y la limpieza de los ciertas muy bien

This telatively new hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the plazas of the historic center of Guadalajara. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. I especially appreciated the in-room coffee, the abundant hot water and a great air conditioner.

Been staying here several times and it has improved after each time I have stayed there. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the clean bedding and towels replaced everyday. The hotel seems to be in a area were it may be unsafe at night so Ubers are recommended. During the day many option to eat and dine. The hotel is close to the downtown cathedral and to other important downtown tourist attractions which is a plus. The only issue was with the elevator that was out of services for couple days and made it inconvenient to go up to the 4th floor. The elevator was not serviced immediately on the same day but waited till next day to be serviced. I’ve never used the restaurant so I have no comment. The value for the hotel stay is good and the room is clean so those are the reasons for returning to this centric and convenient hotel.
