Bad experience in every cense possible
I recently stayed at a property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Prior to my stay, I did not receive the check-in information as expected. When I called the number provided, I was met with some confusion—initially reaching someone who was not responsible for the property and was directed to other numbers, which also did not resolve the issue. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who could assist, but they were rather indifferent to my situation.
Upon gaining access to the apartment, I noticed it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to stay in for long periods. I reached out to inquire about getting a fan, but was told that the property does not come with one. Although I politely expressed my concerns, I felt my requests were not adequately addressed, as there was no follow-up after the second day, and I ultimately received no assistance.
In addition, I found there were no towels in the unit, which I had to request separately, and there was considerable noise outside from early morning until evening, which significantly impacted my stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows also offered little privacy.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this property or use this company, Housy Host, again.
