Great spot downtown. Excellent service. Recommend
Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway activity while in the room, not very quite. We were able to run the HVAC fan on high to take away some of the noise. Breakfast in the mornings were hot and plentiful, cocktail hour is a fantastic plus that everyone there enjoys. Quick access to the riverwalk level from the basement floor, there is however a 4-5 min walk to all the restaurants and bars. Always felt safe and being away from all the hustle when you come in and out of the hotel was nice. Rooftop sitting area with tables is a cool place to take your morning breakfast and coffee or drink in the evening for a lookout over the city. We had a wonderful weekend getaway in San Antonio and the Drury Plaza helped add to the experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel!
The location to the River Walk is top notch! Valet service was easy, car was taken care of. The free food and drinks for happy hour each evening was a nice surprise. Hotel staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and shower felt great! Felt safe and highly recommend!!

Gorgeous hotel. We spent time just walking around the hotel. Multiple outdoor seating areas. Two pools. Incredibly friendly staff. Bonus with free breakfast and light food at dinner time. Mom bonus that each adult guest received three free cocktails during happy hour. Great location for enjoying the RiverWalk without being too crowded and loud. We booked a King Deluxe Suite on upper floor. We had a corner room on the 21st floor. Separate bedroom area. Pull out couch. So many windows and amazing views from our room.

I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktails and snacks add such a wonderful and thoughtful value to your room rates. My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotel stays/vacations I have had in a long time! It seems as though exceptional service, comfort, and affordability is rare these days. Your hotel far exceeded my expectations. Your staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for an amazing, I-didn't-want-to-leave stay!

Great experience from check in to check out! At check in, Justina was so kind and helpful! When she learned it was our first time to Texas, she upgraded us to a room with a great view! She was so genuinely kind and sweet! Hotel is old but “grand!” Very well maintained! Room was great! Beds were a little too firm for us but not something that would stop a from a future stay. The complimentary evening buffet & drinks were a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet selections were great! Every staff member went above and beyond to converse and/or assist everyone. This was our first experience with this brand, but we will definitely stay with them again and we recommend it to others.

Great place!
We were very happy with our stay at the Drury Plaza hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. It is right on the Riverwalk, which makes it convenient to get to all the restaurants. they provide breakfast in the morning and also free drinks and a light dinner in the evening, all with your stay. Great for kids. the view from the rooftop pool and hot tub is beautiful and sunsets on the terrace were perfect. We would definitely come here again.
