Stayed in room 747. Everything was what you needed and quiet. The staff was amazing! Friendly and considerate. I didn’t feel like I was bothering them when we had questions. The tables were hot. We loved that they have $1 blackjack and the side bet if you get a K/Q in the same suit. The roulette table was also hot. We watched a gentleman win a lot of money. He couldn’t lose. It was like watching a scene in a movie.

Did not stay here.
I called with questions about transportation and did not get information except to say there was no shuttle from the airport. I needed to change my reservation by leaving one day early. I was told that I needed to cancel and re-book at a higher rate, of course. I canceled but did not re-book.

Fooled me once
Lets start with its right next to the MGM and serves milkshakes 24 hrs a day. Thats the only positive about this hotel. The hotel is for young people looking to stay somewhere and not spend a lot or stay in the hotel long. The room has no amentities.. in our room hot water in the sink was off, the sink would not drain, the shower was dirty and the curtains were ripped. If this was a longer stay we would have switched hotels. To get to your room you have to go down a sketchy walkway and the elevators for both towers are broken. Only one working with a person sitting in the elevator. At first i thought this was something fancy but learned it was for our safety as the elevators have stopped working with guests inside. Got me once.. it will not happen again. Have the nerve to charge a resort fee. Like i said not a good spot if you are looking for a bit of comfort
To get to the room had to walk between the two towers to get from one side to the other
My sink stayed clogged.. drained by so slow

My stay for the most part is never again the bath tub was clogged there was no ice meaning the ice machine was not working with some work it could be a very good hotel oh and only 1 elevator working they did let you use the service elevator and the toilet inside was molded good location I tried to make the best of it

Bad experience at the Oyo hotel in Las Vegas
The hotel was horrible. The rooms were not cleaned daily and they did not provide adequate towels and face clothes. The tv did not work until the last day. The worst thing was they had unauthorized charges on my credit card. No one is available to assist me with these issues. I would like to make a complaint against the hotel regarding my horrible stay. The ratings is a -1. This was my worst hotel experience. I became ill from the uncleanlinesses of the hotel.
