TV had no signal. Water leaking.
The woman who checked us in was very nice. Later found out the the TV had no signal. They said I should have received a notice. Was told about it during the check in. I noticed water leaking down the wall from something upstairs. The room was dark. Not enough light. Room was very noisy. Could hear all the street noise. Won’t be back. Going back to Makati Diamond.

This is a long stop before my international flight and I needed a good rest as well as shopping. I’m so happy I tried this hotel. Very convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. Quite, clean with a nice view. Gave me excellent service from the entrance to my room. Housekeeping and bellmen were commendable. Your check in counters were also courteous and accommodating!

My family enjoyed everything this hotel provided. The pool, spa and restaurants are amazing. Rooms are amazing cold drinks and snacks for a small price and every bath toiletries are provided you don’t need to bring anything. Must have the city view once you book.

Decent stay to a fair price
Quite decent hotel. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms had a great size and everything you need is there. The gym was decent with good equipement. The breakfast was super good, and had lots to choose from. The hotel also have an skybar with a wide view of the city (180 degrees). The price of the rooms are fair, but the bar/restaurants etc are way overpriced (taste decent but nothing exceptional). Example: I payed around 600 php for a standard mango shake. The day after I checked in at Shangri-la and orderd a mango shake and it taste excellent, and cost half the price. So to sum it up, a pleasent stay with fair price for the room but slightly overpriced when buying food drinks. Service and hospitality are on point.
