The hotel room was very basic. No coffee maker or fridge in room. Bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were terrible. They were flat as a pancake. Had to use 2 just to try and make 1.

Check in was fine, the only thing that could use a little improvement is the girl working the check counter didn’t explain how to get to our room. There are 4 separate buildings spread out and the numbers aren’t easy to see until you get up close. It was dark and pouring rain she just handed us the key and said have a good night. The room was really clean, bed was comfy, no loud neighbors.

NO ANIMALS IN ROOM!
When we arrived the window was wide open, which is unusual. The room smelled sooo bad. Called the front desk and they sent a young man that sprayed an air freshner, which momentarily helped. After looking for a possible dirty diaper we decided it smelled like a dog had used this room as a bathroom. DISGUSTING. Upon leaving i did complain to the front desk. Won't stay here again.
