Family Trip
Our family trip (son and family) was great. We don't spend that much time at a hotel (sleep, eat breakfast, swim) so we don't like to spend a lot of money. Branson Towers always has what we need.

Branson family vacation
This was an excellent place to stay. Nice clean room and easy acess to Branson.However, they do not clean your room if you are staying multiple nights. Trash was never emptied nor towels and washcloths replaced. For the amount of money we paid and this level of motel, this is unacceptable.

Booked a double queen. Was given double full beds. Sheets did not fit the beds. Way too many people to be able to eat breakfast. They couldn't keep the food available and no where to sit. Had to eat out for breakfast everyday. Walking in the door reaked of smoke everytime. Pool and hot tub were nice.

They are in the process of remodeling, our room had new bed and carpet didn’t have a recliner or sofa Lacking in cleanliness, bathroom was dirty when we first checked in. Told they were gonna clean and restock our room and they never came

The room was clean and big enough for two adults and 2 kids. The pillows were extremely firm - felt like rocks. They only had 2 wash clothes available the night we checked in said we couldn’t get more until housekeeping came the next day. Next day still didn’t have any. Having clean towels was an issue the entire trip heard others complain while we were in the lobby.

Overall, our stay was great. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak but the front desk was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The beds were pillow top, but if you have a sensitive back it’s iffy. The pillows are hard as a rock. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the game room was a nice touch.

This was are 3 Christmas staying at Branson Towers. Check in was wonderful. Breakfast the first two days was amazing. However the last morning they were out of sausage and gravy. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. My complaint was we had a jacuzzi tub in our room and any time you would turn on the jets dirty looking water and lime deposits would come out in the tub. So we had to use the shower instead of jacuzzi tub. Other than the those two issues everything else was wonderful.

Rooms weren’t near as nice as shown in pictures. They had the most awful toilet paper! The fried potatoes for breakfast had cinnamon on them! Gross!!
