Dirty
Breakfast was good, Nespresso in room was nice. But the room was freezing, there was no blanket just sheets and coverlet on bed and pillows were flat. The real problem was how absolutely filthy the shower was and something nasty all over the curtain to the patio. This studio room was almost $400 after parking so I wasn’t impressed. The hotel carpets were ugly, old, and dirty. The closet door in the room was from the 80s and once opened wouldn’t close. But the shower being covered in mildew was gross and prompted this review.

Good spot
There was maid service everyday which was great. A lot of hotels don’t do that anymore. They cleaned and replenished towels. Very good service. Very spacious unit. It was a suite with kitchen, living room and bedroom. Would definitely recommend staying there. Great location too.

Best Price to Quality Hotel on Del Ray Beach
The hotel was flawless. The room was recently redone and was very clean. Staff were always helpful and polite. I had tripped and accidentally broken a clothing iron and the first thing they asked was if I was ok. We had a replacement iron within minutes, free of charge. Perfect place to stay in the safest part of Del Ray Beach.

We stayed when others were there to evacuate from their homes during Milton. The staff was so great during the stressful time. All staff went above and beyond. Good breakfast too. Only thing was pool was being renovated. But we did get access to their other hotels pool. Would stay again,

Room had a dirty smell and elevators too. Does not matter how old the property is if is clean but it was very dirty and smells terrible. At 7:30am you had the hotel service ladies seating in the floor in the hallway by their station, speaking loudly, laughing, or later on, still before 8:30am speaking loudly over the phone in the hallways. Basic education like good morning or good night? Forget it, not even the receptionist would return a good evening. Never staying in that hotel again. It was a waste of money. For a little more you can stay in the hotel right in the corner called Opal. It is a shame because the hotel is conveniently located and with a lot of potential but no while being this poorly managed. Breakfast was ok.
