Great staff!!
Check in was a bit disorganized. There was a formed line yet patrons who came up with bags were not told to get in line so they just jumped ahead to check in. The staff should have noted who was next rather than allow that. Once I got to check in desk Larry was so friendly and had a fabulous smile on his face. He made the check in experience better. Check out was easy and we were accommodated with a late check out. We did check our bags and retrieval was odd but the guy was so helpful in getting us a cab to the airport so that helped after waiting a bit to get bags. All the staff were friendly and we had a lovely stay

Service was excellent! The room, however, was not. See through window walls into the bathroom! No dresser drawers except 3 floor level. Who wants to lie or squat on the floor to put clothes away? Room was small and bathroom tiny. Tiny closet. Whoever designed the room decor and layout failed
