I was traveling for a funeral- the room was clean - the. Bed was comfortable/ the price was good. There was no coffee maker. The towels looked very thin so.l I did not shower - but it was very clean

Yikes…. This place feels like a $30/night motel, but we had to pay $220+ a night when attending a wedding in the area. Dirty, cramped, and just feels sketchy. No toiletries and very few towels and things. Stains on bedsheets. Only plus side is the front desk was 24/7, and that it’s pet friendly.

Terrible experience. Not worth staying in.
I typically stay at Red Roofs when I travel as I find it’s a typically consistent experience from one hotel to the next. However, I can’t recommend this Red Roof.
When we arrived, the sole employee working the front desk had left a note saying he was assisting someone else. No big deal… except it took close to 20 minutes for them to come back.
Once we checked in, we noticed we only had 3 pillows for 2 people to share. I went to the front desk to ask for another pillow, and was promptly told they have no extra pillows. What kind of hotel doesn’t have extra pillows on hand!?
Lastly, despite there being multiple signs saying that there is no smoking in the premises (people just be 25 feet away from the building), it’s clearly not enforced. We noticed numerous tenants smoking right outside their hotel room doors, including the person in the room next to us.
Overall, I wasn’t happy with my stay here and wouldn’t recommend this location. It wasn’t even worth the discounted price we paid after using a rewards night.

We got there extremely late due to our flight getting delayed, they marked us as a no show, got there and the lady who helped us wasn’t friendly. Had to park clear on the other side of the hotel. Once we got into the room it had a very strong smell, the beds and bathroom had several flies, and the water was cold never got hot when showering.

I reserved this place through Expedia when I did my search I searched Salem Oregon and the reservation was made for sale NH. wrong hotel and state. When I called to have my reservation changed I was told to contact expedia by the hotel, when I contacted expedia I was told to contact the hotel. I had to make reservation at a different hotel last minute because not expedia or the hotel where able to help. I am now waiting to get my money reinbursed.

I was pleasantly surprised my room didn't smell like an ashtray given everyone there was smoking directly outside of their doors on this smoke free property.
But the bathtub had a lot of staining, the floor in the bathroom wasn't swept and there were splatter marks on the walls...
