One of the worst hotels in Lake Havasu. Staff is beyond rude, extra fees for any simple request, dirty hotel rooms ( hair in the shower & dirty sheets/ couches), TV doesn’t work, and no towels provided! Do not waste your time or money!

I love the safetyness. You need a key to get inside. They have elevator. There little kitchen is awesome, they plates, pans, utensils, refrigerator and microwave. The beds are so comfortable as well as the pillows. I recommend it. I got the 2bed big suite and 1 bathroom enough space for 4 to 6 people thats with 2kids. The tv rotation. The kitchen has a small table with 2 chairs. That's great for people with kids. My mom who is 66 and son of 19 both agree to 5 star room.

I was in a room right by the pool. Loud. Neighbors partied loudly until midnight. I finally left at 5am.

Convenient and good for the price with breakfast included, The rooms are spacious but need some updating. Staff very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast is pretty good and the restaurant area is very nice and big.

While the hotel is somewhat dated and the towels a bit dingy, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to drop a trailer and have my Truck serviced by the local dealership. Staff was extremely considerate while I stayed day to day and offered a reasonable rate. I would stay here again.

The mattress sagged, the toilet roll holder was broken, the freezer was totally filled with ice. We waited 90min for our meal as the chef had gone home and had to get recalled. Check-in lady didn't display a friendly attitude.
