A/C broken
Very upset. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there and it was late. We dealt with it. The next day we complained and asked for a new room. They said they were booked and wouldn’t move us. Someone tried for almost 3 hours to fix our air conditioning, already 2 hours past my 1 year olds bed time. Finally I went downstairs with my baby and told them this was unacceptable. My child needed to go to bed. We needed a new hotel room. They finally moved us. Why inconvenience us for 3 hours after we slept with a broken AC the night before and we have a literal toddler with us. On top of being pregnant, this was terrible service and the hotel handled it poorly. I feel like we should’ve been compensated for those 2 nights of having no AC but they didn’t do anything for us.
