Small, dark room. Noise from the lobby and other floors carried up the stairwell, which interrupted sleep.
A mistake was made with our booking and we had to change rooms for a two-night stay, which was inconvenient and seems like something hotel management would want to avoid. At the very least, a room rate discount would have been better appreciated than a discount at the hotel spa.
Sometimes we were ignored by staff when we entered the hotel lobby instead of being greeted when staff were just sitting around the lobby.
Breakfast was good, but staff was indifferent and seemed put upon if you ordered eggs.
We stayed in this hotel five years ago and found it satisfactory then, but after this visit, I wouldn’t stay again.
