My stay was ok, we came for a Detroit Pistons Vs. Orlando Magic basketball game. We ended up getting to our room late and my boyfriend was bitten by something while we were sleeping. When we got up, we realized it was a bed bug!! After we checked in we did check the beds and couches but there wasn’t anything that raised a red flag. I’ve stayed here before with no issues I’m hoping they get it under control fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very understanding, breakfast was great but we checked out right after that.

Eh....
The attitude of the front desk staff was terrible throughout our stay. Not with just one person. Just a cranky and cold vibe with some attitude. It made me very uncomfortable. The beds are super hard too. I did however enjoy the pool and hot tub and the women who oversee the breakfast area. They are very sweet.

Was unaware of needing a cash security deposit even though the room was fully paid for upon arrival for check in. And the evening manager was rather rude and would not let my son and I use the pool until ten ( because my son is a teenager) even though the check in manager said it was fine as long as my son was with me.

Worse night ever
Bed Bugs were in there ! I myself got bitten 5 times to a point it woke me up out of my sleep have video footage and pictures. Hotel staff waited 5 hours to do something about it . Called to get a refund through the 3rd party hotel never answered for them . I sent my documents to the 3rd party and that was how I was able to get a refund . HIGHLY WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
