Horrible booking experience by Hotels.com
I want to be refunded on this trip because when I got there, I found that that the reservation was not done through your platform though I was charged and had to make new reservation and pay for it again. I have been trying to reach you to get my refund back and not able to reach you since last week today. I will really appreciate your honesty and business ethics in refunding me in full for what was charged to my credit card.
