Super convenient, near bus stop/BART, shopping area. Affordable rooms if you’re on a short trip and don’t need anything fancy.

Decent-ish
This is a definite 2.5-3 star place. Some street noise and some smelly hotel neighbors (pot) but other than that a decent value for the price.

Great location
We stayed at The Mosser for a quick weekend trip to San Francisco. The location was perfect! Mass transit is just a block away so you can get all over the city. There were restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are small but we weren’t in the room except to sleep. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It’s an old building with charm! I would definitely stay here again.

Meh. It’s old and in need of a remodel. Perfectly fine if all you want is a place to sleep while visiting Moscone Center. But, don’t expect anything more than that.
