Well located and clean. But some of the staff members need training. At 11:15 AM the day of my departure, the staff member at the reception called my room and yelled at me for not having left the room yet as per hotel policy (11 AM) and said: "I give you 15 minutes. 15 minues!" I have never been at a 4-star hotel anywhere in the world where a customer is being disrecpected and threatened in such a way.

Absolutely wonderful!! The only issue was the collection of bottles out front each morning about 8am. It was a bit shocking to be awakened each morning by the huge crash. Best to have a room not facing the street.

We will stay here again on our next trip to Roma. The staff at the hotel were all fantastic! They made our stay so much more enjoyable by making sure we knew how to get to major attractions, helpful tips on navigating the busy city, and making sure we had everything we needed. The check in process was great. Great front desk staff. Very helpful and professional. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was large and had a large modern shower. Great location. The only issues I had were the loud AC and the key wasn't electronic so when you left the hotel you had to leave your room key with the front desk and pick up the key when you returned. The front desk is 24 hours but still not very convenient.
