The area was very good. The main square is right outside the door. The staff was professional, but not very friendly. There is a Hard Rock Cafe right out front and can be noisy until close. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The room was clean. Bathroom was dated. Not the worse out there, but I would explore other options next time.

Location is amazing... One boat ride from the airport and at the centre of tourist attractions, 2 mins from St. Marks Square and one side overlooks the gondalier park on the canal. Very picturesque. Breakfast small selection but good quality. Decor is dated but forgivable. Room was a fair size and staff very helpful.

Amazing experience! The hotel upgraded us to a room with a canal view - of which was amazing and we were very grateful. Accommodating service at the front desk, exceptional customer service.
