Definitely recommend this hotel. It is a great location and one of the only hotels we saw on the grand canal that has a lovely terrace and the shady side of the canal in the afternoon. So fun to sit out there and watch the activity. In addition, the water bus stop is just steps away for easy convenience. The breakfasts were amazing and the one dinner we had there was excellent.

Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. They were geat arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors.

The location was great. The only part of the hotel we saw was our room and the entry area. Our room was 2 stories with a loft bed up 2 flights and bathroom and sitting area downstairs. This made us climb downstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. This was not described when I chose that room and there were no other options available. The staff were not overly friendly either. The location was ideal though
