Everything was fine except for 2 things. 1. We had to pay for parking. 2. Whoever was in charge of the breakfast buffet area on 12/15/24 needs to be trained in customer service. He was always in people's faces, shaking his had and raising his arms. A very rude person.

FIRST OFF, I needed a vehicle charging station and long before i booked the hotel i was told they had several. So when i get there and ask the front desk where they were located i was told that they didnt have any at all smh. So from there i was disgusted with the whole stay. We were in a room on the first floor. In the morning my son spotted a roach on top of the closet and then when we returned from town there was a huge roach in the bathroom. We killed it and notified the front desk. The front desk moved our room to a different floor and location. Later on that evening someone else had already moved in to the room we left because of roaches.
