Nice place, but the halls are very dark
This is a nice hotel, but the hallways and rooms are very dark. Why? It does not seem inviting.

Poor Front Desk Service
Hotel itself was clean and modern. However, we booked it primarily for the shuttle service to the airport. Started calling hotel to arrange pickup as per instructions - staff continued to disconnect incoming calls without speaking. After more than an hour or trying to get in touch with someone, finally got a human on the phone who told us where to wait. There is absolutely no system there, so every time a shuttle would show up people who had not been waiting anywhere near as long as would just rush the van. After getting bumped from multiple shuttles, we ended up taking an Uber. Got to hotel and front desk was rude, as expected.

Good choice other than old shuttle van
Overall my stay was very good. Only complaint was the shuttle service/van. We got in the night before our flight so went over to the airport to print boarding pass and have dinner. The shuttle van was right on time but it was very old and rickety with cold air coming in around the windows and this was during a cold snap and temperature was below freezing. The van overheats on the way to the airport and has to pullover and a new van sent to pick us up. Then when we are ready for pickup we call and told 20 minutes. Over the next hour we call 2 more times and told 10 to 15 more minutes each time. Needless to say very frustrating and cold waiting for shuttle. Hopefully they have replaced the old shuttle van.

Long days
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were more helpful than they would ever know. I had driven for 16 hours before arriving and was exhausted from being up for 29 hours. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Great airport hotel spot perfect for sleeping off a few hours between flights. Appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

The stay started out terrible - I originally asked for 2 beds; our room had 1 king. I went to the front desk; I explained what I asked for - since i had a pet with me, I wanted ground floor; and 2 beds. When I got there, the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. The man at the desk explained that the room was "pre-assigned"; I asked by whom; he said the "system". A day before; our travel I got a pre-check in request from La Quinta - I went through their process; had to ask for a $15 upgrade for 2 beds; then there was a $25 pet fee. This all seemed strange to me; I don't know if this was all the agreement between Hotels.com and La Quinta, or what was going on. I still have yet to see a bill - when I checked; they said thank you and that was it. I don' recall if I pre-paid through Hotels.com or how the process worked. I needed this hotel, since it was one of the few that was pet friendly. I will add, on a positive side. the hotel looked very nice; was quite clean; and the room was in great condition 9 our one bed!!! My response to room service is misleading. They did not have a kitchen; but provided several menus from local restaurants; I used that and that worked out great. Brought the food to the door within 45 minutes for order start. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. This was our third stay at this same hotel; all due to pet requirements. there were no issues with my pet. Would I stay there again; probably; cleanliness is important/

Two Thumbs up!
We stayed in the two double bed room one-night for an early departure from DFW. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were large and clean. There is a Whataburger/Gas Station that is a 10 minute walk. Would totally recommend if you are catching an early fight.

Nice hotel
The hotel is clean, with up to date features. The bed want the comfiest but it was ok. Breakfast was delicious. Close to the airport which is convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
