Disappointing experience
Room was very clean. It’s nice to have very hot water with shower. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to watch tv and didn’t have time to meet with technician to trouble shoot. That is something very standard. Also because units are older, access entry very far from elevator and stairs not accessible. Also concerning if there was ever a fire in building? Location was central so everything in walking distance. Luckily we were there primarily to meet with family and went back to the hotel just to sleep. I would not choose this hotel in the future.

Bravo to MGM properties and shame” to Harrah’s
I live in Las Vegas and I occasionally do a staycation and decided to switch from my usual hotel which is the Paris hotel and try the MGM brand. I have to say without a doubt, MGM cares more about their customers than Harrah’s does. I’ve noticed that slowly the Paris hotel is not taking care of the freshness of their property the carpeting looks threadbare they’ve removed any of the non-gaming fund that was in the hotel like free entertainment at the cabaret lounge throughout the week for other small things that makes it feel like all they care about is money and they don’t care about their customers I found the MGM grand was far nicer and I went to a couple of other MGM properties and they were nicer. And yet, they maintained a reasonable price point for those of us who are local. That is much appreciated So kudos to MGM for still caring and sad that Harrah’s doesn’t give a darn.

Pretty darn good!
Look something in the room including keys @check out. Went to get another key and run up to get it. Told the lady getting me a new key that I was in a hurry that I didn’t wanna miss the shuttle. she told me not my problem. Came across only a few who acted like they didn’t like being there. Mostly the food court! Wonderful burgers in food court. Bed and pillows were comfy. I and hubby are not big ppl but the blanket didn’t seem wide enough for our king bed. Hope to bring my gf’s next time. Thanks

MGM Stay
Our stay was enhanced by a very welcoming and friendly staff. Whenever we needed towels from housekeeping staff they were available immediately to fill our requests. We lost a cell phone somewhere in the Casino and after calling it, we were able to retrieve it within minutes at the lost and found desk. We had some difficulty with our room key pairing with the parking entrance and exit, but staff helped us resolve that issue, very quickly, as well.
