Overall…
Our group stayed for a competition, and there were at least 4 other teams there, so we waited for everything from the elevator to breakfast.
The elevators lurched a bit (not smooth) and my kid was terrified so she took the 6 flights of stairs several times a day.
The room was nice, clean, and spacious- except for the postage-stamp- sized bathroom. You had to literally either walk into the shower or climb onto the toilet to close the bathroom door.
There was shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, but no body lotion.
There were no extra blankets in the room for the kid who got stuck sleeping on the couch.
We did have plenty of plugs for all electronics.
Breakfast would have been great, except they ran out of dishes (like I said before, lots of teams staying here…), ran out of several items, were slow to replace anything, and there was no one cleaning used dishes off of tables. I finally found a tub and bussed our own table to have somewhere to sit.
We did love the central location; we were close to so many attractions. We have previously stayed here and used the tram service to Rangers games, but not in this trip.
Bed was very comfy. Room was clean. Would we stay here again- yes.
