Grand hotel
The lobby was nice. The room looked good but with further inspection, there was no towel rod and the hook in the bathroom had been removed and not replaced. The shower didn’t drain well and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

Little to be desired.
Staff was nice, but everything else was a disaster. Supposed to have a restaurant, but it was closed the entire stay (due to staffing). Hallways reeked of dope, sauna not working. Overall, the hotel was in rough shape and I couldn’t recommend for anyone.

Decent place to stay for the money
It was ok. Our room wasn’t ready at 4 when we arrived. So We had to come back an hour later. I did notice the slick ground when coming in and out of the hotel. Definitely need to pay attention to the mats on the floor, or laying more salt down. Room was clean and just fine. Sauna wasnt really usable due to the door not closing all the way, hot tubs were ok. Need to be drained and cleaned. Hotel Manager was attentive and nice.

We found this place with a last minute search when exploring the area and were very glad we ignored the negative reviews. The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Literally our only “complaint” was that the shower was a little tricky to get a good temp.
