We liked the Hotel except for one thing. We were kept up by a buzzing noise all night. I talked to Hotel staff about it and all they said was we are sorry. Noise kept us up all night but it was too late in the evening to try and move to another room. I felt they could of handled this better

Upon arrival I learned that my Expedia reservation and confirmation were worthless and I could not have a room. Desk Manager (Julie) politely explained that someone made a big mistake, but they could not let me have a room even though it was paid for. Seeking refund now.
