Since the property is old you would feel like its less maintained, also our rooms were not filled with all amneties like dental kit. Beach are stones and pebbles to a bit uncomfortable. But all of these were small things considering all the positives. Overall it was a great stay if I see all the positives like food, and swimming pools.

We had a beach/sea view which was nice. There wasnt much variety for the food, not what you would expect from a 5* all inclusive. The lift kept breaking and this was really inconvenient as we were on the 3rd floor and I had a baby in a buggy.

Fantastic and helpful staff! The facilities, rooms, and surrounding area show clear signs of wear and tear and would benefit from refurbishment. The gym facilities should have been upgraded a long time ago. Only one treadmill was working, and about half of the dumbbells were missing. Again, the staff made all the difference!

the hotel is amazing, the staff is very good and hospitable. There is a wide range of food products to choose from, the only issue I encountered was the high waves at the beach, if you are good swimmer shouldnt be a problem. the room had a good view and the sound of waves at night was just amazing.

Nice hotel with awesome grounds

Nice trip with my wife. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end of our 2,5 weeks holiday. Hotel grounds are awesome as are most of the staff, Food is good and plentiful. If I have to find some negatives then it would be that sometimes in the main restaurant many of the aircons were not on. And the hotel has a central aircon and it felt that for some reason during the nights it had a hard time keeping the room cool.

4th time in Labranda, but most likely last time.

We. were 4th time in Labranda Alantur Alanya. It was always a pleasure to come here. Bellboy (Hasan) was very helpful, staff is very friendly. Hotel has a very wide beach, so place for everyone. However, rooms are falling apart, no professional repair. While the chef cook has left, food was tasteless, steak was like chewing rubber.

Property is well maintained, excellent staff, great opportunities to walk and 3 different pool options. Food options could be improved. Alcoholic beverage options were not at a level you would expect from an All-Inclusive hotel. There are so many other things with extra fees (like ice cream). I cannot say that this is a 5* resort. It was kept clean, but as most of the all-inclusive places the food was repetitive. We requested a room with 2 single beds, got a confirmation that it will be that way, but obviously it wasn't. There were 2 single beds pushed together, and yes, we separated them, but the first 2 nights we didn't have the bedsheet on one of them. Overall, good experience, handy to have more than one pool, and the private beach was great.

I will start my review on a positive note. The staff were lovely. Beach bar ok. The buildings, communal areas and roomd in desperate need of renovation. The restaurant looked like a school canteen and lobby lounge was tiny. The decor was tired and the furniture was shabby. Plus not big enough to accommodate the amount of people even if the hotel was at half capacity. Big shout out to the young lady on the reservation desk. She was very nice and helpful. I don't usually leave a negative review. However, I booked this hotel on the back of the positive reviews and rating.

The resort location is ideal, right on the beach. Small enought to walk. The resort is bit run down, rooms need some reno, although very clean. No shampoo or conditioner, but oddly q-tips, dental and shaving kits were provided. Food is everage, not much variety. Staff is excellent, very attentive. Enjoyed my stay

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is built for the hot weather, as the restaurant is open air. We had a windy day and it was quite cold eating in the open air. That was the only negative. It didn’t stop us from having a really pleasant stay. The staff were all so friendly
