Good stay at this heritage property. Fantastic location for this massive hotel. Given the size of the property, very efficient organised. All the stuff is old world and sometimes a little 'old' but I wouldn't change anything. Everything works and the property is in a fantastic location.

noises
i had a pleasant stay only for 2 issue,1- uber takes long time due to the security check up, security enters empty taxis and that is waste of time, sometimes i had to wait for more than 30 min and uber is 3 min away waiting in the line security must not enter empty taxis just because they know him and he might get lucky to pick up customers that is waste of people time who booked a car already 2- noises from other rooms like bangs on the wall and moving furniture, called reception and security more than 3 times for 3 consecutive nights and problem was not solved plus maintenance was fixing one of the room with noises early morning, had bad sleep for dew nights due to noises from customers and maintenance

The hotel is old and the surrounding area is older
The person that was assisting us in the reception was not polite to us. We requested to have a king and a non smoking bedroom, the way he approached us felt like he was doing this as a additional request coming from his. he wasnt polite and he was talking like we're begging. we came to the hotel to have a calm stay, not to be annoyed. this is not a way to treat your guests. We felt that Hotel.com did not convey the message to the hotel properly and it was a bad experience checking in
