"Great hotel just on the outskirts if Nice Old town. It was very easy to get to from the airport as it was about a 2 minute walk from the tram station direct from the airport. The room was very large and had a large balcony facing the front of the building. The aircondituoning wored bery well and the room was very quiet considering it is on a busy road. There was water in the room which could be re-filled from a filtered tap in the reception. The only thing that wasn't great was that the balcony had cleary not been swept or cleaned in a long time with a lot of bird droppings, dust and dead weeds Overall it is a great choice for a trip to Nice"

"Great location—close to the train station, tram stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. However, it’s right next to the train tracks, so it can get noisy. The street outside can feel a bit sketchy at times with people hanging around, but I felt safe during my stay. The room is small, but for the price, it’s hard to complain."
